I am going to be good blogger today by posting another entry. Hurray for that! I’m finally feeling inspired to just write how I feel. That’s a good thing right? I really feel that for the days to come, I will be posting more. There are a lot of projects that I wanna pursue doing on this blog and when I’m done with decorating my room, maybe I’ll finally have time to do that. Remember the Closet Sale that I had like a couple of months ago? Where I specifically intended the funds to be poured onto my room renovation? Well, I did just that and I’m super happy to see the improvements. I will be showing you parts of it when I’m done and I hope I’ll be able to pull off my dream room with white walls and pops of color here and there. I’ve actually started to buy fabrics for the curtains, beddings and pillow cases so that’s how excited I am. I can’t wait to do DIY projects to spice up my room and maybe I’ll share it onto my blog so you guys can get inspired too!
Waaa. I’ve been talking nonstop now. I just wanted to let you in on some stuff that I am currently busy with but enough of that, let’s move on to the real topic of this post – my outfit! Hahaha!
|Yellow Dress from Romwe|
You guys all know how I love anything that’s vibrant and sunny so when I saw this dress off of Romwe’s site, I thought I have to have it!!!! Yellow really just brings out your skin tone and it adds that glow as well. Can you see how lovely this dress is? It has pearl details on the shoulder part which is a nice touch to the otherwise simple cut of this dress. It’s made of chiffon material with inner lining so you don’t have to worry about panty lines or anything. It’s totally a great dress for any occasion. You can dress it down with simple flats or dress it up for a special occasion with a studded clutch and champagne strappy heels. Now there you go! If you had a chance to wear this dress what type of shoe would you pair it with?
Now for the makeup, I went with something very simple and neutral. As you can see, I just swept a somewhat gold eyeshadow on to my lid, applied a slightly brown shadow on my crease and added dimension to it by blending black eyeshadow onto the outer V of my eyes. I’m no expert when it comes to makeup application but I am slowly learning because of the new brush set that I acquired recently! That’s what motivated me to do this simple but fab eye look. I wish I had time to film a tutorial but it’s pretty simple so maybe next time.
