Let's take a break from all those Outfit Posts first and focus on reviews. I haven't done one in a long time because I've been juggling a lot of things on both hands lately. But now, before I head on to my super-late Summer trip, I'd leave you with a review on these gorgeous nail lacquers from Girl Stuff, a brand of cosmetics that I introduced to you last time. They sent me a huge package full of nail lacquers from three lines: Washable, Regular and Magnetic.
I received three shades of regular nail polishes - Lav, Blues and Pinky. I love the irregularity of the bottle's shape as well as the silver cap which looks fab! Now, as I applied the colors on my nails, I observed that the first coat will give you a really light outcome, so another coat will let you achieve a much decent shade. It is true as well that the colors are vibrant, gives out a nice sheen and it dries quickly too. It also took a long while for my nail polish to chip which is a great plus!
As for the Washable line, I must say that it's a clever product for children and teens because it's easily washable with soap and water. I even just take it off with water along with a little rubbing of course - it washes of instantly so you don't need a polish remover anymore. The packaging for this line is quite cute too but the content is much less than the other lines. What I would want to improve are the available colors, I wish it didn't have glitters :(
Lastly, I have these magnetic nail polishes with their respective design magnets. I actually had fun trying these on because it's kind of something new for me - okay, so that was my first time trying them out, kill me. HAHA! All you have to do, is apply a fresh coat and then place the magnet on top for a minute or a few seconds and be amazed with the pattern! Now, I don't have any problems with the packaging and all, but I would love to have these in lighter colors - because I found them too dark for my liking with all the glitters. But all in all it's an amazing experience and it doesn't chip off in a matter of days! =) What's also entirely great about this brand is that their products are DBP, Toulene and Formaldehyde-free!
Now here comes the exciting part because one lucky winner is also going to bring home a set of Girl Stuff Nail Polishes as seen on the photo below! <3 Awesome right? Mechanics are all found at the Rafflecopter App. Giveaway is open to *Philippine* residents only and will end on the 30th of June 2013.
