Review: Dueba BF2 Wind Green Circle Lens

Wednesday, June 06, 2012
One of the things that can make a huge difference in your overall look is a really nice pair of contact lenses that flatters your eyes. Like what I said in my previous circle lens review, I only started using contact lenses when I was already 19 y.o. and decided that I indeed it must be part of my look for special events.

Aside from the gray lenses that Kiwiberry Collection sent me, I also received this lovely pair of green lenses called the Dueba BF2 Wind Green Circle Lenses which are plano lenses and measures 14.5mm in diameter.

You might already have seen me wearing this post on my Green-Eyed Monster look and I got really good responses for that. I've been reserving some photos for this review though - but before that, down with the review!
Shipping&Packaging: 3/5
>>Since this came with the Daisy Grey ML4 Lenses, I would have to give the same score. Like what I said, I was expecting fancier packaging. The good thing is that the lenses went with its own lens case and manual plus a layer of bubble wrap!
 Color&Design: 5/5
>>This is my second pair of green lenses and I love the color on me. It compliments my skin tone and hair color very well and they're not overly flamboyant or neon-like. As for the design, it looks really nice - there is this tornado-like swirl inside which makes it appear fabulous. Plus there is this semi-thick black limbal ring which I totally like. Afar, it looks sort of natural! :D
Size: 5/5
>>This pair is a lot bigger than the ones I use but I really like bigger sized lenses because they make eyes look very prominent and less dull. For one, you can achieve a dolly-eyed look with sizes like these and they don't look creepy. I tried wearing this without makeup and they still look good on me! :3
Comfort: 4.5/5
>>I didn't have any problem with wearing this pair. They're very easy to use and once worn, they feel really comfortable as well, almost like you're not wearing lenses. The only con I think is that they tend to get dry after a good 5 hours. :)

Below: Indoor with Flash
Overall: 4.5/5
>>I would totally recommend this! They look really lovely and feels comfortable as well just make sure to keep them lubricated for longevity. :)
